Refund Policy

All Mermaid Club Hawaii products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.

We do offer a full replacement or refund if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• You receive the wrong item or wrong size

If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at aloha@mermaidclubhawaii.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right!

Sizing Please check our sizing notes carefully before ordering — our slim fit styles run smaller than usual and we recommend sizing up.
